How Duczer East & WS02 Led the Digital Transformation of a Customer Service Giant
The client approached Duczer East with a clear objective: to enhance the interactive experience for customers through personalized interactions and real-time data. Duczer East implemented WSO2 IpaaS, maintaining on-premise WSO2 API manager, deploying a message queue for Event-Driven Architecture. They modernized a legacy app with microservices and migrated data operations to the cloud. The project was completed within 6 months and within budget, using a CI/CD DevOps solution. Duczer East provided training and adhered to best practices for documentation and IP transfer.

Aproach
To achieve this, Duczer East implemented WSO2 IpaaS while maintaining their existing on-premise WSO2 API manager, ensuring seamless operations. They deployed a message queue that was integrated with WSO2 IPaaS to establish an Event Driven Architecture. Concurrently, they modernized a monolithic legacy application using a microservices approach, and the WSO2 suite’s developer capabilities were instrumental in designing and developing APIs.
As part of the modernization efforts, the data operations were redesigned and migrated to the cloud, making use of WSO2 IPaaS.
Outcom
The project was successfully completed within a timeframe of 6 months and under the allocated budget. It was implemented as a CI/CD DevOps solution, enabling efficient and continuous development. The client’s internal architecture team and development staff received thorough training and are currently actively working on enhancing the environment with new features. Throughout the project, Duczer East adhered to best practices for documentation and the transfer of intellectual property (IP).
